01 Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using INKGLANCE, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you use INKGLANCE on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

02 The services

INKGLANCE lets you create, configure, and deliver dashboard content to compatible e-ink display devices. Features, integrations, and availability may change as we improve the services.

You are responsible for obtaining compatible devices, internet access, and any third-party accounts required for the integrations you choose to use.

03 Accounts and security

You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless prohibited by applicable law.

04 Acceptable use

You may not use INKGLANCE to:

• Violate any applicable law or the rights of another person
• Upload, display, or transmit unlawful, harmful, infringing, or deceptive content
• Interfere with, disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the services or related systems
• Introduce malware or use automated means that place an unreasonable burden on the services
• Reverse engineer or circumvent technical restrictions except where applicable law expressly permits it
• Use the services to develop or assist a competing product through unauthorized copying or access

05 Your content and integrations

You retain ownership of content and configuration data you provide. You grant Solidist LLC a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve INKGLANCE.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide your content and connect any third-party accounts. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of content shown on your devices.

06 Purchases, refunds, and cancellations

Prices and payment terms are shown at the time of purchase. Taxes and third-party fees may apply.

Refund and cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed. To request a refund or cancellation, contact support@inkglance.com with your account and order details.

If you purchase through a third-party marketplace or payment provider, its payment, refund, and cancellation rules may also apply. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable law.

07 Intellectual property

INKGLANCE, including its software, designs, trademarks, logos, and original content, is owned by Solidist LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the services for their intended purpose.

08 Third-party services

INKGLANCE may connect to third-party services such as calendar, weather, transit, feed, marketplace, or authentication providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Solidist LLC does not control and is not responsible for third-party services.

09 Service availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the services, including integrations, for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. We will provide notice when reasonably practical.

10 Suspension and termination

You may stop using INKGLANCE at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially or repeatedly violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or misuse the services. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law—will remain in effect.

11 Digital service disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the digital services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Solidist LLC disclaims implied warranties relating to the digital services, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the digital services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every third-party service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

12 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solidist LLC and its members, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from the digital services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the digital services will not exceed the amount you paid to Solidist LLC for the digital services during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or $100, whichever is greater. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

13 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any non-waivable consumer protections available under applicable law remain unaffected.

14 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice through the app, website, email, or another appropriate method. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
